Payments accepted
All online sales are processed through PayPal which accepts all major credit cards. No PayPal account is needed to purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from date of receipt of your order. Return postage is payable by the customer. Once a return is received, a refund will be sent to you by the end of the next business day.
Shipping policies
Items purchased are shipped out after order confirmation and payment confirmation is received and within four to eight weeks from receipt of payment. Packages will ship UPS unless the purchased item is a sculpture.
Purchasing Sculpture
Please note that due to the nature of our sculptural items it is not possible to create an accurate shipping rate up front. Shipping will be arranged and invoiced separately after purchase. Please contact Terra Simia Studios if you are considering a sculpture purchase to discuss shipping in advance.
